In Poland, the company operates in five cities: Wrocław, Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź and Olsztyn. The capital of Lower Silesia is also home to the company’s international headquarters.
‘Acquiring such an important business partner as a medical clinic was one of the key elements of Infinity’s retail and service space concept from the outset. In developing this investment, we wish to create not only a modern office building, but also a place where it will be possible to take advantage of various types of services, including such innovative ones as those offered by our new tenant. We are truly pleased that FutureMeds has trusted us and sees its future with Infinity, not only through the new clinic, but also by locating its headquarters in the office space of our building,’ said Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Director Poland, Avestus Real Estate.
FutureMeds will occupy a total of 1,100 sqm. of the Infinity office building. A new medical clinic will be arranged on 500 sqm. on the ground floor of the building and it will be the only FutureMeds facility in Wrocław. Meanwhile, the first floor of the office building will be home to FutureMeds, which will occupy nearly 600 sqm. of modern office space. JLL represented Infinity’s owner in the negotiation process, and Igor Yankilevich from ESTAR Solutions advised the tenant on relocation and expansion.
‘We are confident that the new location of our outpatient clinic will give the residents of Wrocław and the surrounding area faster access to new therapeutic options as part of the clinical trials conducted at FutureMeds, as well as ensure the highest standard of medical care offered by the experienced team at our Wrocław facility. Our priority is to provide patients, customers, employees and partners alike with a modern, comfortable and safe place to continue FutureMeds mission, that is bringing the latest drugs and treatments to those who need them faster and wherever they are. We believe that the new FutureMeds headquarters will inspire our further plans both in Poland and abroad,’ commented Radosław Janiak, PhD, CEO of FutureMeds.
Infinity will be a seven-story class A office building offering, among other things, 18,727 sqm. of office space, 1,561 sqm. of retail space and a three-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces, including electric vehicle charging stations. With cyclists in mind, 120 bicycle stands will be provided in a closed-off zone including changing rooms and showers. The office building will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level as well as WELL Health-Safety certified for its high standard of safety procedures.
In addition to its unique and highly distinctive architecture, the Infinity office building will also feature state-of-the-art technologies, including an innovative tenant service platform by spaceOS. Touchless solutions, tilt windows, and the highest-quality air filters will guarantee the safety and comfort of its users. Infinity will also have an impressive lobby with dedicated areas for visitors to the building. On the roof of the office building, there will be spacious terraces with landscaping elements and greenery. All activities of the Infinity project, from the construction work to the applied technologies and solutions as well as the management of the building, are carried out in compliance with ESG criteria. This ensures that the office building is low-carbon with minimum environmental impact.
The architectural design of Infinity was developed by AD Studio, the general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, and JLL was in charge of the commercialisation process. The tenants of the building under construction at John Paul II Square in Wrocław include Divante, a global provider of eCommerce solutions and Toscanizzazione restaurant concept, among others.
The construction of the Infinity office building, which reached its highest point, was completed in November this year. Intensive installation and finishing works are currently underway at the construction site – including the installation of the glass façade on the subsequent above-ground floors. The investment is scheduled to be fully completed in Q2 2023.

Polscy pracownicy zarabiają coraz więcej, muszą więc wnieść większą wartość dodaną, by rozwój mógł postępować, a same firmy podjąć walkę o konsumenta z globalnymi markami.
