Nieruchomości Plus sets its sights on Oxygen Park in Warsaw
Nieruchomości Plus, a real estate agency specializing in the sale of real estate in and around Warsaw, has leased nearly 300 sqm. of space in Oxygen Park. The agency will be headquartered on the 5th floor of Building B, which is part of the Warsaw office complex owned by the Golden Star Group.
Nieruchomości Plus focuses its operations on the sale of residential real estate in Warsaw and the surrounding areas; its offer includes both primary and secondary markets. The Nieruchomości Plus team consists of account managers with many years of experience in the Warsaw real estate market. In addition to providing comprehensive services related to the purchase or sale of real estate, the agency also offers, in cooperation with the DEER DESIGN Interior Design Studio, services related to the design and interior finishing of apartments purchased from its staff. Nieruchomości Plus is moving its headquarters to Oxygen Park, and will relocate from another office in Warsaw.
‘We are very pleased that the agency Nieruchomości Plus has joined the tenant roster in Oxygen Park and it is in our complex that it will develop its business. The acquisition of a tenant from the real estate market in a broad sense, well versed in trends and realities, is a confirmation of the quality of Oxygen Park and the solutions that we offer. Oxygen Park is not only a modern, inspiring space, but it is also environmentally friendly, which creates perfect conditions for work,’ said Katarzyna Pankiewicz, Senior Leasing Manager at Golden Star Group.
The new office of Nieruchomości PIus in Oxygen Park will be arranged in almost 300 sqm. of modern office space, which is located on the 5th floor of Building B. The lease was signed for 3 years; Brookfield Partners represented the tenant in the negotiation process.
‘The offer of the Oxygen Park office complex was a natural choice for us because of its location and modern character. This is a very important step for us in the further development of our business, which will allow us to serve our clients even better. Oxygen Park is a unique office building that offers not only spacious and comfortable offices, but also numerous amenities for employees that will enable us to create even better working conditions for our team. We are confident that our cooperation with Oxygen Park will increase the efficiency of our operations,’ said Paulina Pacelt-Grzeszczuk and Piotr Kasprzak, owners of the agency Nieruchomości Plus.
Oxygen Park is a modern office complex, located directly on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw’s business district. The project consists of two six-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm. The fully glazed façade guarantees maximum access to daylight, and tilt windows enable ventilation of the rooms. The layout of each floor permits the introduction of flexible office solutions tailored to the needs of even the most demanding tenants. Environmentally friendly solutions applied in the complex have been confirmed with a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.
Oxygen Park’s tenants – in addition to top-quality office space – also have at their disposal a green patio with a relaxation zone, a canteen and retail and service outlets. The investment also features 162 parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle racks and locker rooms with showers.
Thanks to its location at one of the key Warsaw’s thoroughfares the complex can be conveniently reached from any place in Warsaw and its surroundings – both by car and by public transport, including Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD) (proximity of the “WKD Raków” railway station). The complex is located just 7 km from both Chopin Airport and the city centre. An additional advantage of Oxygen Park’s location is the proximity of several shopping malls, including: Reduta and Blue City as well as Leclerc and Makro supermarkets.
The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by the renowned JEMS Architekci studio. The project was delivered in 2013. The tenants of Oxygen Park, in addition to Nieruchomości Plus, include such companies as Agfa, DiaSorin, Parker Hannifin or Sodexo.

Rośnie ryzyko wybuchu epidemii w Strefie Gazy. Brakuje czystej wody, kanalizacji i toalet, a w zniszczonej enklawie wykryto polio

Wykradzione mogą posłużyć do fałszowania tożsamości człowieka.
