Michał Porzycki took the position of Director in the Tenant Representation Department Walter Herz consulting company. He is responsible for developing and building relationships with clients on the Warsaw office market and expanding the team of advisors. He will lead the work of the project team dedicated to providing services to tenants in Warsaw. He will also participate in the company's key projects, supporting the implementation of processes with his knowledge and experience gained during 12 years of work on the commercial real estate market in Poland.
Michał is a graduate of University of Economics and Information Technology in Warsaw, where he studied Economics. Over the course of several years of his professional career, he has gained extensive experience, representing both tenants and landlords, as well as providing services to entities from the public sector.
He used to worked for, among others, Brochocki Law Firm, BNP Paribas Real Estate as well as Savills, CBRE and Cavatina. He has advised on transactions involving nearly 100 thousand sq m. of office space. Such companies as FitOne, MDDP and Jeronimo Martins are among the clients whom he supported in lease transactions of several thousand sq m. of space. Michał Porzycki was also responsible for the process of leasing space for several smaller Polish and foreign companies for a total of 40 thousand sq m. of space, as well as provided services to several public institutions in transactions involving over 40 thousand sq m. of leasable space.

As a hobby, Michał is interested in the automotive industry and the development of New Technologies, and in his daily life he finds fulfillment in being a father to five children.
